Refund Policy

1. Refund will only be made if requested within 24 hours from the date of transaction.
2. Refund is subject to the following issues:
(a) Technical Error
(b) Data Replacement
3. Refund Timeframe is within 7-21 days from date received request.
4. Refund Procedure are as follows:
(i) Customer to request for a refund.
(ii) Call Center will verify and escalate the issue.
(iii) Problem identified as for No.2(a) or No.2(b).
(iv) Refund will be made to customer.
